Purpose of the Role
1.To operate the molding machine with required quality and quantity
2.Indivitualy mold core setting and closing with required quality and quantity
3.Follow the system in shopfloor by understanding SOPs and work instructions.
4.Maintain Safety systems in foundry
Responsibilities & Accountabilities
Achieve daily output as per plan
Deliver Production activities as per SOP and work instructions
Identify unsafe operations and practices and report the same to supervisor immediately
Maintain Safe working environment in workplace.
Analysis non conformity items root cause and corrective action
Involve in process cycle time reduction
Involve reduce raw material consumption
Provide training new persons for molding process
