Job Summary:
Affinity Education is looking for enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our counselling team. As a Counsellor, you will interact with students and parents, understand their educational goals, and guide them toward suitable programs and institutions. This role is ideal for candidates with strong communication skills, a passion for education, and a desire to help others.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate effectively with students and parents to understand their aspirations and provide relevant guidance.
- Counsel students about courses, universities, and career opportunities.
- Handle walk-in, telephonic, and online inquiries in a professional manner.
- Assist with admission procedures, documentation, and application forms.
- Maintain accurate student records and follow up on leads.
- Participate in events, seminars, and webinars to promote Affinity Education’s programs.
- Collaborate with the admissions and marketing teams to meet counselling and enrolment goals.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree (any discipline).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confidence in speaking with students and parents.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, data entry).
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and passion for helping others succeed.
Preferred Attributes:
- Interest in education, counselling, or communication fields.
- Fluency in English and at least one regional language.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
