- Policy & Compliance
- Develop, implement, and maintain HSE management systems aligned with ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and statutory requirements.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and national safety and environmental regulations.
- Risk Management
- Conduct hazard identification, risk assessments, and recommend preventive measures.
- Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses; prepare reports and corrective action plans.
- Training & Awareness
- Design and deliver HSE training programs for employees, contractors, and visitors.
- Promote safety culture through awareness campaigns and toolbox talks.
- Monitoring & Reporting
- Perform regular site inspections, audits, and safety drills.
- Maintain HSE records, prepare monthly/quarterly reports, and present findings to management.
- Emergency Preparedness
- Develop and implement emergency response plans.
- Coordinate fire safety, evacuation drills, and first-aid readiness.
- Stakeholder Engagement
- Liaise with regulatory authorities, external auditors, and certification bodies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate HSE practices into operations.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
