We are looking for a sharp, analytical Revenue & OTA Executive to take control of our digital storefront. If you know how to play the OTA algorithm like a pro and turn data into dollars, this is your next big move!
Your Mission (If you choose to accept it):
- OTA Mastery: Command our presence on Booking.com, Expedia, and MakeMyTrip. You don’t just list rooms; you optimize them for conversion.
- The Price is Right: Support dynamic pricing strategies to beat the Gurgaon competition and maximize ADR.
- Channel Command: Own the STAAH, AxisRooms, or RateGain dashboard to ensure 100% rate parity and zero overbookings.
- Insight Engine: Transform messy data into clean reports on Occupancy, RevPAR, and Pick-up trends.
- Content King/Queen: Boost our rankings by managing stellar content, high-res galleries, and guest reviews.
What You Bring to the Table:
- The Experience: 2–4 years of grinding in Revenue, OTAs, or Reservations.
- The Toolbox: Hands-on experience with eZee, Opera, or similar PMS/Channel Managers.
- The Brain: Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables are your best friends).
- The Vision: You don't just see numbers; you see opportunities to grow market share.
