Job Description:
As a Tally sales Intern, you will be responsible for supporting our clients in utilizing Tally and Tally
Cloud software effectively. You will work closely with senior team members to understand client
requirements, configure the software to meet those needs, and provide ongoing support and training.
Responsibilities:
Assist in the implementation and configuration of Tally and Tally Cloud software for clients.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to clients via phone, email, or in-
person.
Conduct training sessions for end-users to ensure they can maximize the features and
benefits of Tally software.
Collaborate with senior team members to customize reports and functionalities within Tally to
meet specific client requirements.
Stay updated with the latest updates and features of Tally and Tally Cloud to provide
proactive recommendations to clients.
Document processes, procedures, and client interactions for future reference and
improvement.
