HIRING NOW – CRM EXECUTIVE
Art of Business is looking for a dedicated, customer-focused, and result-driven CRM Executive to join our team.
Location: Indore (Work From Office)
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month
Experience: 1–3 Years Preferred
Requirements:
✅ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
✅ Basic knowledge of CRM software & MS Excel
✅ Strong follow-up and coordination skills
✅ Basic sales and customer handling skills
✅ Ability to convert leads into customers
✅ Strong problem-solving, attention to detail, and time management skills
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain customer database in the CRM system
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls/messages
Follow up with new leads and existing customers
Qualify leads and coordinate with the sales team for conversions
Convert qualified leads into customers and achieve sales targets
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities
Prepare daily/weekly sales and CRM reports
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to improve customer satisfaction and repeat business
Eligibility:
✔ Graduate in any field
✔ 1–3 years of experience in CRM, Sales, Customer Support, or Lead Management preferred
✔ Strong understanding of customer relationship management and sales processes
