Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated IT Support Executive to provide onsite technical support at client locations. The ideal candidate should have good coding knowledge, strong logical thinking, and the ability to troubleshoot hardware, software, and basic networking issues efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Visit client locations to provide IT support and resolve technical issues.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and peripheral devices.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and basic network-related problems.
- Assist with basic coding, debugging, and software-related tasks.
- Provide technical assistance for operating systems and applications.
- Prepare service reports and update task status after each client visit.
- Ensure timely and professional support to clients.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (B.Sc., B.Tech, or any graduate degree).
- Good coding knowledge is mandatory.
- Strong logical and analytical thinking skills.
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in IT support is preferred.
- Good communication and client-handling skills.
- Candidates residing in or near Kalyani will be preferred.
- Willingness to travel for client-side visits.
