Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Back Office Executive to support day-to-day administrative and operational activities. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, documentation, and coordination skills to ensure smooth business operations.
Key ResponsibilitiesAdministrative Support
- Handle daily administrative and back-office operations.
- Maintain and organize company records, files, and documents.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and business correspondence.
- Manage office documentation and filing systems.
Data Management
- Enter, update, and maintain data accurately in company systems.
- Verify data for accuracy and completeness.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Maintain databases and spreadsheets using MS Excel.
Coordination
- Coordinate with internal departments such as Sales, HR, Accounts, Production, and Procurement.
- Follow up on pending tasks and ensure timely completion.
- Assist in scheduling meetings and preparing Minutes of Meeting (MoM).
Documentation
- Prepare quotations, purchase orders, invoices, and other business documents.
- Maintain customer and vendor records.
- Handle document verification and record management.
Customer & Vendor Support
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email.
- Coordinate with vendors and clients for order processing and documentation.
- Maintain professional communication with stakeholders.
Reporting & Compliance
- Prepare operational reports and maintain records.
- Support management with data analysis and reporting.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
