Job Description: Video Editor
A Video Editor is responsible for transforming raw footage into polished, engaging video content that aligns with the creative vision and project goals. They work closely with directors, producers, and content creators to ensure the final product is visually appealing, emotionally impactful, and technically sound.
Key Responsibilities:
- Edit raw video footage into cohesive stories using editing software.
- Add sound effects, background music, and voiceovers.
- Insert graphics, titles, and visual effects to enhance storytelling.
- Collaborate with creative teams to understand project requirements.
- Ensure videos meet brand guidelines and technical specifications.
- Manage multiple projects and deliver within deadlines.
- Stay updated with industry trends, editing techniques, and software tools.
