About the Role
Aharada Education is hiring an Assistant Professor – Aerospace Engineering for its academic collaboration with IIMT University, Meerut. We are seeking passionate educators with strong academic knowledge and practical expertise in Aerospace Engineering to inspire the next generation of aerospace professionals through quality teaching, research, and industry-oriented learning.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver undergraduate and postgraduate courses in Aerospace Engineering.
- Teach both theoretical and laboratory courses in core aerospace subjects.
- Develop lesson plans, laboratory manuals, assignments, and assessment materials.
- Guide students in academic projects, internships, research, and innovation activities.
- Mentor students for technical competitions, aerospace clubs, and career development.
- Conduct research and publish in reputed journals and conferences.
- Participate in curriculum development aligned with industry and UGC/AICTE guidelines.
- Organize workshops, seminars, industrial visits, guest lectures, and Faculty Development Programs (FDPs).
- Collaborate with aerospace industries, research organizations, and academic partners.
- Contribute to departmental activities, accreditation processes (NAAC/NBA), examinations, and academic administration.
Qualifications
- M.Tech./ME in Aerospace Engineering, Aeronautical Engineering, Avionics, or a related discipline.
- Ph.D. in Aerospace Engineering or a relevant field will be preferred.
- Qualifications should be as per UGC/AICTE norms.
Experience
- Freshers with excellent academic records are encouraged to apply.
- 1–5 years of teaching, research, or industry experience in Aerospace Engineering is preferred.
- Experience in curriculum development, laboratory management, or funded research projects will be an added advantage.
