Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Tender Executive to manage the complete tendering process for manpower supply, security services, and facility management contracts. The candidate will be responsible for identifying tender opportunities, preparing bid documents, coordinating with internal departments, ensuring compliance with tender requirements, and submitting competitive proposals within deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
- Search and monitor government, PSU, corporate, and private-sector tender portals for relevant opportunities.
- Analyze tender documents, eligibility criteria, scope of work, and contractual requirements.
- Prepare and compile technical and commercial bid documents.
- Coordinate with operations, HR, finance, legal, and management teams for bid preparation.
- Maintain databases of company credentials, certifications, experience records, and statutory documents.
- Prepare cost estimates and pricing sheets for manpower, security, and facility management projects.
- Ensure compliance with tender conditions, statutory regulations, labor laws, and client requirements.
- Submit bids through e-procurement portals and offline channels within specified deadlines.
- Track tender status, attend pre-bid meetings, and respond to client queries and clarifications.
- Maintain records of submitted tenders, contracts, renewals, and performance reports.
- Assist in contract negotiations and post-award documentation.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends related to service contracts.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Management, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in tender management, preferably in manpower outsourcing, security services, facility management, housekeeping, or staffing industries.
- Experience with Government e-Marketplace (GeM), CPPP, e-procurement, and state tender portals is preferred.
- Strong understanding of tender documentation, commercial proposals, and contract management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Knowledge of labor laws, minimum wages, ESI, EPF, bonus, and compliance requirements.
- Strong analytical and cost-calculation skills.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple tenders simultaneously.
- Excellent organizational and documentation skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in bid preparation.

Pay: ₹10,076.09 - ₹25,506.53 per month
