The Role-
As a Technical Lead, you will be responsible for leading end-to-end technical delivery across Product or Service-based projects. You will define architecture, ensure best coding practices, mentor team members, and work closely with stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions. This role demands strong technical expertise combined with leadership and decision-making abilities.
What you need for this role-
- Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- Experience: 7–10 years of hands-on software development experience with at least 2–3 years in a technical leadership role.
- Technical Skills:
- Strong expertise in MEAN/MERN Stack and backend architecture.
- Proven experience in system design, low-level & high-level architecture.
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS) and microservices architecture.
- Strong knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience with AI-driven systems, APIs, and scalable SaaS platforms.
- Excellent understanding of databases, caching, and performance optimization.
- Proficiency with GitLab, code reviews, and Agile development practices.

What you will be doing-
- Lead the architecture, design, and development of scalable applications for Product & Services.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Business Analysts, and Stakeholders to define technical solutions.
- Own technical decision-making, code quality, and best practices across teams.
- Guide and mentor junior and mid-level engineers, including training and technical upskilling.
- Conduct code reviews, performance tuning, and security audits.
- Ensure timely delivery with high-quality standards following Agile methodologies.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide long-term solutions.
- Support the HR and Operations teams with technical evaluations, interviews, tooling, and internal tech challenges.
- Assist the Customer Success Team in resolving high-priority technical escalations.
- Take up any additional responsibilities deemed fit by the organization to meet business and technical goals.

Pay: ₹2,500,000.00 - ₹3,000,000.00 per year
