Roles & ResponsibilitiesAdministrative Management
- Handle day-to-day office administration activities.
- Maintain office files, documents, and records properly.
- Monitor office cleanliness and workplace discipline.
- Coordinate with all departments for smooth operations.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and visitor coordination.
Staff Coordination
- Follow up with staff attendance and work updates.
- Coordinate meetings, schedules, and appointments.
- Maintain staff communication through WhatsApp groups and calls.
- Support HR activities and staff orientation.
Documentation & Accounts Support
- Prepare quotations, MOM (Minutes of Meeting), invoices, and reports.
- Maintain data in Google Sheets and office software.
- Coordinate with accounts team for bills and payment follow-ups.
- Support GST and office documentation process.
Vendor & Client Coordination
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and service providers.
- Follow up with clients regarding meetings and project updates.
- Maintain proper communication with customers and leads.
Operations Support
- Assist in event coordination and infrastructure operations.
- Support project planning and execution activities.
- Maintain inventory and office supplies.
- Ensure SOPs are followed properly.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
