Job Description
General Summary of role: We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented CSS Expert with foundational knowledge of React to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of modern CSS techniques and tools and a working knowledge of React to create and maintain seamless, responsive, and aesthetically pleasing user interfaces.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities:
CSS Development: Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable, and reusable CSS code. Implement modern CSS methodologies such as BEM, CSS-in-JS, or utility-first approaches (e.g., Tailwind CSS). Ensure consistent design and responsiveness across multiple devices and browsers.
Component Styling: Work alongside React developers to style React components using CSS modules, styled-components, or other CSS-in-JS libraries. Ensure seamless integration of CSS into React-based projects.
Performance Optimization: Optimize CSS for faster load times and better performance. Identify and resolve layout issues, cross-browser inconsistencies, and rendering problems.
Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with UX/UI designers and developers to translate design mock-ups into functional interfaces. Provide input on design feasibility and suggest improvements for user experience. problems.
Knowledge, Skills, and/or Abilities Required:

Advanced knowledge of CSS, including Flexbox, Grid, animations, and transitions.

Experience with preprocessors like SASS or LESS.

Familiarity with modern CSS features such as custom properties, container queries, and logical pro.

Basic to intermediate understanding of React, including component structure, props, and state management.

Experience in styling React components using CSS frameworks or libraries.

Familiarity with design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
