Job Title: Customer Care Associate

What You'll Do
- Respond to customer calls in a professional manner.
- Understand customer concerns and provide appropriate assistance.
- Update interaction details in the system.
- Follow internal quality and compliance standards.
- Coordinate with internal teams whenever required.
Selection Criteria
- Completed 12th (PUC) or higher qualification.
- Comfortable speaking in both English and Hindi.
- Basic computer operating skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Prior customer service experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
Experience
- Entry-level candidates may apply.
- Previous experience in customer support or contact center roles is preferred.
Compensation
Monthly salary will be offered based on relevant experience.
- Entry Level: Up to ₹20,000 CTC
- Experienced Candidates: Up to ₹23,000 CTC
