Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with clients regarding inspection schedules, scope, and documentation requirements
- Coordinate inspection assignments with manufacturers/Vendors/Suppliers, and inspectors.
- Coordinate and ensure timely deployment of suitably qualified inspectors.
- Liaise with clients, inspectors, and vendors to effectively manage schedule changes, resource constraints, and urgent inspection requirements.
- Monitor inspection progress and ensure timely completion of assignments.
- Follow up with inspectors for timely submission of inspection reports and supporting documents and circulate the reports to clients within the stipulated timelines.
- Maintain inspection records, trackers, and project status reports..
- Review inspection requests, purchase orders, ITPs/QAPs, and related documents.
- Support quotation, job creation, and invoicing activities as required.
- Liaise with domestic and international offices for project coordination.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and client requirements.
Qualification & Experience
- Graduate in Engineering, Science, or a related discipline.
- 4-5 years of experience in inspection coordination, project coordination, QA/QC, or related functions.
- Experience in a Third-Party Inspection Agency, Certification Body, EPC company, manufacturing industry, or QA/QC environment will be preferred.
- Good understanding of industrial inspection processes and documentation.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
