Position 1: Workshop Manager
Location: Delhi (NCR)
Experience: 5–8 years in two-wheeler workshop management
Qualifications: Degree/Diploma in Mechanical/Automobile Engineering or equivalent
Key Responsibilities:
- Operations Management: Oversee daily workshop operations, ensure optimal utilization of bays, and maintain high efficiency and productivity.
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of supervisors, mechanics, and technicians.
- Quality Control: Ensure all vehicle repairs and services meet the company’s highest quality standards and safety guidelines.
- Inventory & P&L: Manage spare parts inventory, minimize wastage, and drive the workshop's financial profitability (P&L).
- Customer Satisfaction: Resolve complex technical issues and customer escalations swiftly to maintain a high Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI).
What We Are Looking For:
- Strong technical knowledge of modern two-wheeler engines, electricals, and EV technology (a plus).
- Excellent leadership, data analysis, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in workshop management software and MS Office.
Pay: ₹28,500.00 - ₹39,500.00 per month
