Job Overview
We are seeking an IT Support Specialist with 1 year of hands-on experience to join our technical operations team. In this role, you will provide daily system maintenance, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and manage system operations using EcoGreen Express software.
- Administer, configure, and maintain EcoGreen Express software to support business operations.
- Perform routine system updates, data backups, and user account management.
- Monitor system performance to minimize downtime and resolve technical errors promptly.
- Assist with the onboarding and setup of workstation equipment for new employees.
- Document IT procedures, software issues, and resolution steps in the ticketing system.
- Experience: 1 year of professional experience in an IT support, systems administration, or technical desk role
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
