*Position:* Associate Center Manager (ACM)
*Company:* Cultfit Healthcare Pvt Ltd
*Location:* Cult Neo Gym, Adarsh Nagar,
Split Shifts twice a week : 5;30am to 9:30am and 5pm to 10pm
*Weekly Off:* 1 (Rotational)
*Compensation:* 3LPA fixed + ₹7,000–10,000 incentives (based on performance)
*Key Responsibilities:*
*1. Sales:*
. Promote and sell memberships (walk-ins/trials)
. Achieve conversion targets
. Upsell additional services
. Maintain customer interaction records
*2. Operations:*
. Manage center operations, experience, and inventory
. Ensure smooth class management and trainer punctuality
. Handle customer issues and gather feedback
. Conduct daily audits of center facilities and essentials
Requirements:
Education: Graduate/Diploma/Certificate
Strong in sales, customer handling, and basic operations
Formal attire for the interview
Must install Cult.fit app and research the company
