- Finance graduate with a professional qualification such as CA CA Inter CMA CMA Inter or MBA Finance
- 10 12 years of Finance and Accounts experience with at least 5 7 years relevant experience in FP A specific processes
- Proven expertise in Financial Planning Analysis including budgeting forecasting and variance analysis
- Sound understanding of business context with ability to visualize broad picture
- Problem solving and analytical skills with eye for detail
- Proficiency in ERP systems exposure to Advanced Excel Workday tools is desirable
- Ability to meet deadlines without compromising quality
- Strong communication and presentation skills for stakeholder engagement
- Industry Preference Experience in Banking NBFC industries is highly preferred but not mandatory
