Job Description: HR Manager
We are looking for a dynamic, process-oriented HR Manager to oversee daily HR operations, manage end-to-end recruitment, and drive employee engagement across our branches. The ideal candidate will act as the primary point of contact for employee queries, ensure statutory compliance, and implement structured HR initiatives to foster a positive, high-performance work culture.
Key Responsibilities1. Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening resumes to conducting initial interviews and scheduling final rounds.
- Optimize recruitment channels to control and report on Cost Per Hire (CPH).
- Coordinate the onboarding process, ensuring new hires receive a structured induction, asset assignment, and clear goal alignment from day one.
2. HR Operations & Compliance
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee digital records, attendance tracking, and leave management databases.
- Ensure strict compliance with labor laws and internal organizational policies (including the POSH Act and internal committee guidelines).
- Oversee employee lifecycle documentation, including issuing offer letters, confirmation letters, appraisals, and conducting formal exit interviews.
3. Employee Engagement & Retention
- Design and execute employee engagement initiatives, team-building activities, and motivational strategies to boost morale and reduce attrition.
- Act as a trusted bridge between management and employees, addressing grievances promptly and maintaining a healthy workplace environment.
- Assist in implementing performance management systems (PMS) and training coordination.
4. Payroll & Administrative Support
- Collaborate with the finance/payroll team to provide accurate data regarding attendance, leave deductions, and performance incentives.
- Ensure company policies, employee handbooks, and operational workflows are consistently communicated and adhered to across all branches.
Job Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: 2 to 5 years of proven experience as an HR Executive, Recruiter, or HR Generalist.
- Technical Skills:
- Hands-on experience with HRMS/Payroll software (e.g., Keka, greytHR, Zoho People).
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for data tracking and reporting.
- Familiarity with graphic design tools (like Canva) for internal communication posters or branding is a plus.
- Soft Skills:
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential data professionally.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset.
Pay: ₹15,500.29 - ₹25,000.00 per month
