Role:
We are seeking an experienced Technical Architect / Team Lead with 6–8+ years of hands-on coding experience and proven leadership skills. The candidate will lead a team working on Python and React projects, while driving innovation with AI tools, ensuring robust RDBMS design, and overseeing DevOps practices.
Key Responsibilities:
· Team leadership: Manage, mentor, and guide developers across Python and React.
· Architecture design: Define scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions.
· AI integration: Evaluate and implement AI tools to enhance product capabilities.
· Code versioning: Ensure best practices using Git or similar tools.
· Database management: Design and optimize relational databases for performance and reliability.
· DevOps practices: Oversee CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and cloud deployments.
· Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with product managers, QA, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.
· Required Skills & Experience:
6–8+ years of hands-on coding experience in Python and React.
· Strong knowledge of AI tools and their practical application.
· Proficiency in Git or other version control systems.
· Solid experience with RDBMS (MySQL, PostgreSQL, etc.).
· Familiarity with DevOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, CI/CD pipelines).
· Excellent communication and leadership skills.
· Ability to balance technical depth with team management.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
· Exposure to microservices architecture.
· Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Pay: From ₹400,000.00 per year
