Job Description – Full-Stack Technical Lead
Full-Stack Technical Lead – .NET / Angular / React / Microservices / SQL / AI-Driven Development

We are looking for an experienced Full-Stack Technical Lead with 8–10 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and delivering scalable enterprise applications using the Microsoft technology stack.
The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in C#, .NET Core, .NET Framework, ASP.NET MVC, .NET Microservices, Angular or React, and Microsoft SQL Server. The candidate should also have practical experience using AI-assisted development tools to improve development productivity, code quality, testing, and solution design.
The role requires strong technical ownership, system-design capabilities, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional Agile teams.
Must-Have Skills
- 8–10 years of professional software development experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with C#, .NET Core / .NET 6+, and .NET Framework 4.7.
- Strong experience with ASP.NET MVC, ADO.NET, and Dependency Injection / Dependency Inversion.
- Hands-on experience designing and developing .NET-based Microservices.
- Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs and API integration.
- Strong proficiency in Angular or React.
- Good hands-on knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery.
- Strong experience with Microsoft SQL Server, including database design, queries, stored procedures, and performance considerations.
- Experience developing secure, scalable, high-performance, and maintainable applications.
- Understanding of cloud platforms and containerization, including Docker and Kubernetes.
- Practical experience with AI-assisted development tools/workflows such as AI coding assistants, automated code generation, test generation, debugging, or code-quality enhancement.
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Experience with code reviews, coding standards, unit testing, and software development best practices.
- Strong problem-solving, debugging, technical design, and analytical skills.
- Ability to collaborate with developers, architects, QA, product owners, and other stakeholders.
Good-to-Have Skills
- Experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
- Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or similar CI/CD tools.
- Experience with event-driven architecture.
- Knowledge of messaging platforms such as Kafka or RabbitMQ.
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes deployments.
- Exposure to cloud services on Microsoft Azure or AWS.
- Experience with Clean Architecture, SOLID principles, and design patterns.
- Experience with performance tuning and application optimization.
- Knowledge of automated testing frameworks and test automation practices.
- Experience mentoring junior developers and providing technical guidance.
- Experience working in distributed/onshore-offshore development teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop robust, scalable, and maintainable applications using C# and .NET technologies.
- Design and implement microservices-based architectures using .NET.
- Develop responsive and high-performance frontend applications using Angular or React.
- Build and integrate REST APIs, third-party services, and cloud-based components.
- Work with Microsoft SQL Server for data modeling, development, and optimization.
- Ensure applications meet required standards for performance, security, scalability, and maintainability.
- Leverage AI-powered development tools to accelerate software development, testing, debugging, documentation, and code-quality activities.
- Participate in technical design, architecture discussions, code reviews, and solution planning.
- Follow SOLID principles, design patterns, clean coding practices, and development standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.
- Support CI/CD, deployment, troubleshooting, and production issue resolution.
- Mentor team members and contribute to technical knowledge sharing.
