Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and result-oriented SEO Expert with 2–3 years of experience to manage and execute search engine optimisation strategies for our clients and internal projects. The candidate should have strong experience in both On-Page and Off-Page SEO, along with hands-on experience in WordPress and related digital marketing tools.
The ideal candidate should be able to improve website rankings, increase organic traffic, and support client growth through effective SEO practices while working in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, develop, and execute effective SEO strategies for multiple projects.
- Perform On-Page SEO activities including keyword optimisation, meta tags, content optimisation, internal linking, and URL structuring.
- Execute Off-Page SEO techniques such as backlink building, directory submissions, guest posting, and outreach campaigns.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and market trend analysis.
- Monitor website performance using tools like Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
- Optimise website content and structure to improve search engine rankings.
- Work on WordPress websites including basic content updates, SEO plugin configuration, and performance optimisation.
- Identify technical SEO issues and coordinate with development teams for resolution.
- Prepare regular SEO performance reports and present insights to stakeholders/clients.
- Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, Google algorithm updates, and digital marketing best practices.
- Handle client communication related to SEO updates, progress, and reporting.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 2–3 years of proven experience as an SEO Expert or similar role.
- Strong understanding of On-Page and Off-Page SEO techniques.
- Hands-on experience with WordPress CMS.
- Knowledge of SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, or similar tools.
- Basic understanding of HTML, website structure, and technical SEO concepts.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience in client servicing or client-facing SEO roles is mandatory.
- Comfortable working in night shifts if required.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
