Role Overview:
The Technical Sales Specialist will play a pivotal role in driving business development and fostering relationships with key accounts in the Biopharmaceutical sector. This position requires the ability to deliver high-level technical and commercial consultation, focusing on a diverse range of products.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Business Development & Relationship Management:
Establish, develop, and maintain strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) across India.
Identify and develop new business opportunities in the region.
Stay informed and report on life science market trends.
2. Technical Sales & Consultation:
Promote and sell products distributed by Shiven Biotech
Provide tailored solutions to the customer depending on their needs.
Offer high-level technical support, scientific consultation, and commercial guidance to clients.
4. Training & Presentations:
Prepare and deliver technical seminars and workshops to diverse audiences.
Assist clients with technical support cases and product implementation.
5. Collaboration & Strategy:
Work with the sales and marketing team to design and implement successful strategies to meet targets.
Maintain a deep understanding of the product portfolio, including technical specifications, methodologies, and marketing approaches.
Key Competencies:
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
Experience:
3-5 years in technical sales of biotech products.
Qualification:
Education: MSc. or BSc. in Molecular Biology/Biotechnology.
