- Source suitable officers and crew for AHTS DP1 / DP2 vessels.
- Maintain updated database of offshore seafarers including Masters, Chief Officer, DPOs, Engineers, AB, Oiler and Ratings.
- Verify candidate experience on offshore vessel types such as AHTS, PSV, MPSV, and DP vessels.
- Screen candidates for valid certificates, DP licenses, STCW documents, medical fitness, and visa requirements.
- Conduct preliminary interviews and salary negotiations with seafarers.
- Ensure compliance with company, client, flag state, and DG Shipping requirements.
- Track crew change schedules and ensure timely sourcing for vessel deployment.
- Maintain records of crew availability, rotation plans, and joining status.
- Coordinate documentation for joining formalities, travel arrangements, and mobilization.
- Publish vacancies on job portals, social media, WhatsApp groups, and maritime networks.
- Prepare weekly sourcing reports and recruitment status updates.
- Support Crew Manager during urgent offshore mobilization requirements.
- Maintain confidentiality of crew records and company information.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
