Travel Sales Executive

Job Summary
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Travel Sales Executives to help customers plan their trips and convert travel inquiries into confirmed bookings. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a passion for sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
- Follow up with travel leads and convert inquiries into bookings.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable travel packages.
- Explain package details, pricing, and travel policies.
- Prepare quotations and assist customers throughout the booking process.
- Maintain customer records and update CRM on a regular basis.
- Achieve monthly sales targets while ensuring excellent customer service.
- Coordinate with the operations team for smooth booking execution.
Requirements
- Excellent Hindi communication skills (English is a plus).
- Good sales and negotiation skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, CRM).
- Positive attitude and customer-centric approach.
- Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply.
- Experience in travel sales or telecalling will be preferred.
