Inviting applications for the role of Assistant Vice President, Presales leader
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join as Presales Leader. As a Presales Leader, you will play a critical role in driving business growth by providing technical expertise, solution architecture, and strategic guidance to clients during the pre-sales process. Should acts as the strategic bridge between complex technical data capabilities and high-level business value The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding and along with strong leadership and communication skills.

Strategic GTM & Pursuit Leadership: Own the technical portion of the sales cycle, including discovery workshops, oral defences, and high-quality proposal authoring.
- Agentic AI Solutioning: Design and position autonomous multi-agent systems that reason and collaborate, integrating Azure AI Agent Service and Databricks AI tools to automate complex workflows.
- Unified Platform Architecture: Lead the design of Azure Databricks Lakehouse architectures, focusing on unified governance (Unity Catalog), serverless compute, and seamless integration with the broader Microsoft Azure ecosystem.
- Executive Stakeholder Management: Act as a trusted advisor to CxOs, translating complex "technical plumbing" into outcome-driven narratives focused on ROI and business impact.
- Team Mentorship & Growth: Scale and lead a team of Solutions Architects, establishing best practices for solutioning, demo creation, and value-based selling.
- Lead and manage presales, providing coaching, guidance, and support to drive individual and team success.
- Architect end-to-end data solutions, including modern data warehouses (ETL, Databricks, AWS) and analytics platforms.
- Collaborate with sales to win deals by creating compelling proposals, conducting workshops, and delivering product demonstrations.
- Manage the technical response process for Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Information (RFIs).
- Guide and mentor pre-sales analysts/architects and work with product/marketing teams to update the solution portfolio
- Knowledge on Data analytics, ETL, Databricks and Pipeline
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand client needs, develop innovative solutions, and deliver engaging presentations, demos, and proof of concepts.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, leveraging your technical expertise and knowledge to identify and address their business challenges.
- Develop and maintain, staying up to date with the latest enhancements and industry trends.
- Conduct technical workshops and training sessions for clients and internal teams to promote the value and benefits.
- Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to provide feedback on product enhancements and contribute to the development of new features.
- Stay abreast of competitors' offerings and industry best practices, providing insights and recommendations to help differentiate our solutions in the marketplace.
- Support the sales team in contract negotiations, providing technical expertise and assisting in the creation of proposals and statements of work.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and internal teams, to drive customer satisfaction and retention.
- Hands-on experience with visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau.
- Familiarity with emerging AI technologies, including Generative AI, LLMs, and Agentic AI.
- Deep expertise in Data Warehousing, ETL/ELT processes, and Data Governance.
- Continuously evaluate and improve the presales process, tools, and methodologies to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
