Our portfolio includes landmark projects such as Jaipur International Airport, Gandhinagar Jaipur Railway Station, and Employees’ State Insurance Corporation. We work closely with builders, architects, contractors, and developers across Rajasthan.
We are looking for a motivated Marketing Executive who can help expand our business network and generate new project opportunities.
Job Responsibilities
* Develop and maintain relationships with architects, builders, contractors, consultants, and project managers.
* Identify upcoming construction and interior projects in Jaipur and surrounding regions.
* Generate qualified leads and convert them into business opportunities.
* Conduct client meetings and presentations to showcase our products and services.
* Coordinate with the management team on quotations, follow-ups, and project discussions.
* Visit project sites and maintain regular interaction with decision-makers.
* Track market trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities.
* Represent Fantasy Interiors at industry events, exhibitions, and networking meetings.
Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Commerce, or related field.
* 1–5 years of experience in marketing, sales, or business development.
* Experience in construction materials, interiors, building products, or related industries will be preferred.
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
* Ability to travel locally for client meetings and site visits.
* Strong negotiation and follow-up abilities.
* Proficiency in MS Office and basic digital communication tools.
Preferred Candidate Profile
* Existing network among architects, builders, or contractors is an advantage.
* Self-driven, target-oriented, and proactive in generating business.
* Comfortable working independently and meeting clients regularly.
