Salary: 15,000 – 30,000 per month

Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated and organized Service Coordinator to manage customer service requests, coordinate with field service engineers, and ensure the timely resolution of service-related issues.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day customer complaints and service requests.
- Coordinate and deploy field service engineers.
- Schedule service visits and monitor their completion.
- Maintain service records and MIS reports using MS Excel.
- Manage email communication with customers and internal teams.
- Follow up on pending service requests.
- Coordinate with the service, production, and dispatch teams to ensure smooth operations.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and Email Communication
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
Qualification & Experience
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience preferred.
- Experience in the Electrical, Transformer, Engineering, or Manufacturing industry will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
