Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, you will engage in the implementation of the configuration management plan as directed by the Configuration Lead. Your typical day will involve assisting in the design of software configuration and customization to align with business process design and application requirements. You will work closely with various teams to ensure that the software solutions meet the needs of the organization, contributing to the overall success of projects and initiatives.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities and foster a collaborative environment.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders to ensure alignment with project goals.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Veeva Vault.
- Strong understanding of software configuration management principles and practices.
- Experience with software customization and integration techniques.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve software-related issues effectively.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Veeva Vault.
- This position is based at our Indore office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
