Job Overview
We are looking for a Graphic Designer with 2–4 years of experience who can create visually appealing and engaging designs across digital platforms. The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for design, attention to detail, and the ability to translate ideas into impactful visual content.
Key Responsibilities
- Design creatives for social media, websites, email campaigns, advertisements, presentations, and other marketing materials.
- Develop graphics, illustrations, banners, infographics, and other visual assets as required.
- Collaborate with content, marketing, and other internal teams to understand design requirements.
- Ensure brand consistency across all visual communication.
- Edit and refine designs based on feedback while meeting project deadlines.
- Stay updated on industry trends, design techniques, and best practices.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while maintaining quality standards.
Required Skills
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or equivalent design tools.
- Experience with Canva and other modern design platforms.
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy.
- Ability to create designs for both digital and social media platforms.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
- Strong attention to detail and creative problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage deadlines and work independently in a remote environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- 2–4 years of experience in graphic design or a related field.
- Experience working with marketing or digital content teams.
- Basic knowledge of motion graphics or video editing is a plus.
- Portfolio showcasing a range of creative and marketing design work.
