- Provide L1/L2 technical support for users across the organizations
- Troubleshoot desktop, laptop, printers and network related issues
- Manage users accounts, permissions and policies (active directory & microsoft 365)
- handle email configuration, outlook issues and mailbox management
- monitor network performance and resolve connectivity issues
- install, configure and maintain software and hardware
- Support firewall, antivirus and basics security practices
- Coordinate with vendors for hardware/software issues
- Maintain documentation and IT inventory
- Ensure timely resolution of tickets (service desk tools
- good communication skills and problem solving skills
- strong knowledge of windows OS, networking and troubleshooting
- Experience in Microsoft 365 admin center, exchange and teams
- understanding of TCP/IP,DNS, DHCP
- Experience with ticketing systems (E.g.., ServiceDesk Plus)
