Location: Mohali
Working Days: 6 Days a Week
Shift: Night Shift (US Process)
Are you passionate about developing talent and driving performance? Join our growing team as a Process Trainer and play a key role in shaping high-performing customer service and sales professionals in an International BPO environment.
What You'll Do:
- Conduct new hire induction and process training
- Deliver product, process, communication, and soft skills training
- Design training materials, assessments, and certification modules
- Identify knowledge gaps and conduct refresher sessions
- Monitor trainee performance during training and nesting
- Collaborate with Operations and Quality teams to improve performance
- Maintain training records and ensure process compliance
- Support process transitions and continuous learning initiatives
What We're Looking For:
✔ Graduate in any discipline
✔ 2–5 years of experience as a Process Trainer in an International BPO
✔ Experience in Voice, Sales, Customer Support, or Customer Success processes preferred
✔ Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills
✔ Good understanding of KPIs, Quality, and operational metrics
✔ Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint
✔ Exposure to US processes and night shifts is an added advantage
