Ford Land Facilities Management lead role is to deliver the services in Ford Land like Real estate management, Employee experience, Facilities management and support for ASEAN countries.
Portfolio Management:

Strategic planning, implementation of real estate portfolio starting from acquiring to retire to collaborate with real estate and project team.

Transaction management – Lease administration for facilities in Ford IMG locations
-
Budget – Planning of budget, working with finance to get required approvals and tracking the spending expenses against budget

Procurement process – Need to work with Ford internal process like finance and purchasing
Strategic Planning:

Develop and implement workplace strategies aligned with organizational goals and culture.

Conduct benchmark studies to identify trends and best practices in workplace design and management.
Workspace Management:
-
Oversee the utilization of office space to optimize efficiency and functionality.

Collaborate with facilities management to plan renovations, expansions, or relocations.

Responsible to provide workspace design/ re-design and mobilization solution based on business requirement

Responsible to perform design studies which may include space density planning, furniture configuration as per Ford design standards

To co-ordinate with business leads to address office floor layout design modification, mobility workspace configurational change and provide solutions to manage additional capacity requirements

Responsible to provide support on capacity utilization efficiency and continuous process improvements

To connect periodically with respective stakeholders on forecast, capacity planning, supply vs demand review and provide capacity management solutions as per business need.

Be instrumental as a regional champion in the development of office space standards by supporting the global Ford Land team

Work with HR, IT, and executive leadership to ensure workplace strategies align with organizational objectives.

Address potential resistance and foster a culture that embraces change.
Event Management:

Event Management – Monitor and support for the Coordination for SnR team to ensure employee experience
Data Analysis and Reporting:

Utilize data analytics to assess the effectiveness of workplace initiatives and make data-driven recommendations.

Prepare reports and presentations for various stakeholders to communicate strategy effectiveness and updates.
Degree: Bachelor of Arts
Experience Minimum of 12 years in facilities management & administration role
