Job Title: Senior People Operations Generalist

About the Role
We are looking for a self-driven professional who can work independently with minimal supervision, proactively identify gaps and challenges within the HR function, and implement effective, sustainable solutions. The candidate should be confident in independently managing HR operations end-to-end and taking ownership of the People function with accountability and maturity. This role requires strong expertise in Employee Relations, Employee Engagement, Data Analytics & HR Reporting, Performance Management, and Employee Lifecycle Management. The ideal candidate will play a strategic and operational role in driving people initiatives, enhancing employee experience, and enabling data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment and Employee Lifecycle Management
- Handle end-to-end recruitment and employee lifecycle processes.
- Coordinate with hiring managers for timely and quality closures.
- Manage onboarding, confirmations, internal movements, and exits.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HRMS documentation.
- Improve processes to enhance efficiency and employee experience.
2. Employee Engagement & Employee Relations
- Drive employee engagement initiatives, surveys, and action planning to enhance morale and workplace satisfaction.
- Lead cultural programs, recognition initiatives, and employee connect forums.
- Monitor engagement metrics and provide data-driven insights for continuous improvement.
- Act as a point of contact for employee queries, grievances, and conflict resolution.
- Support disciplinary processes, policy implementation, and ensure fair & confidential grievance handling.
- Conduct exit interviews, analyze attrition trends, and recommend retention strategies.
3. Data Analytics & HR Reporting
- Manage and analyze HR metrics including attrition, engagement scores, attendance, and performance trends.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly HR dashboards for leadership review.
- Leverage data insights to improve people strategies and operational efficiency.
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of HR data within HRMS systems.
4. Performance Management
- Drive the end-to-end performance management cycle (goal setting, mid-year reviews, annual appraisals).
- Partner with managers to ensure objective and fair evaluations.
- Monitor performance improvement plans (PIPs) where required.
- Support succession planning and talent development initiatives.
5. HR Operations & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable labor laws.
- Support internal audits and documentation requirements.
- Continuously improve HR processes for operational excellence.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong expertise in employee engagement and employee lifecycle management.
- Solid understanding of employee relations practices and labor compliance.
- Proficiency in HR analytics, reporting tools, and advanced Excel.
- Experience managing structured performance management frameworks.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and conflict resolution skills.
- Hands on experience on KEKA or similar tools
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
- Ability to handle sensitive matters with discretion and professionalism.
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- MBA / PGDM in HR preferred.
Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per month
