Job Summary: The Store Executive will be responsible for efficient inventory management, material ordering, maintaining accurate records, physical stock verification, and effective communication with other departments. The individual will ensure smooth store operations, compliance with company policies, and proper documentation management.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Inventory Management:
- Oversee and control supply levels, ensuring stock is available as needed.
- Ensure minimum stock values are maintained to avoid shortages.
- Track and organize stock movement and replenish materials as required.
2. Material Ordering & Delivery:
- Order materials as per the requirements and ensure timely delivery.
- Follow up on deliveries to ensure timely receipt of materials.
- Process and verify challans for all incoming materials.
3. Record Keeping:
- Maintain records of inward and outward movements of consumables and items.
- Keep a log of all transactions related to stock, including purchases and issues.
4. Compliance & Documentation:
- Ensure all transactions are compliant with company policies and regulations.
- Maintain proper filing and documentation of both internal and external documents related to inward and outward items.
5. Physical Stock Verification:
- Perform regular physical stock checks and compare with system records.
- Report any discrepancies or deficiencies in stock and recommend corrective actions.
6. Communication & Coordination:
- Liaise with other departments to ensure seamless coordination of store operations.
- Communicate efficiently with the management and other teams to ensure timely supply of materials.
7. Reporting:
- Prepare inventory reports and MIS (Management Information System) reports for the management.
- Provide regular updates on stock levels, order status, and any issues to higher authorities.
8. Filing and Document Management:
- Ensure proper maintenance and filing of all records and documents related to inward and outward materials.
- Organize and update files regularly to ensure quick access to information when needed.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent; a degree in supply chain management or related fields is a plus.
- Previous experience in inventory management or a similar role is preferred.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in using MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.) and inventory management software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of basic compliance and documentation practices is a plus.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift and carry stock as required for stock verification and deliveries.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
