We are looking for a dedicated and self-driven Placement Officer to manage job opportunities for fresh technical and non-technical candidates. This role involves working closely with students and companies to ensure successful placements and career growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle
- Screen and shortlist candidate resumes
- Identify suitable job openings based on candidate skills and qualifications
- Coordinate with companies for placements, internships, and training programs
- Follow up with candidates to ensure smooth onboarding
- Provide career guidance and placement support to students
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate partners
- Promote placement activities through social media channels
- Monitor student joining and manage training activities
Qualifications
- Degree / MBA (HR specialization preferred)
- Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience can apply

Language Requirements
- English: Professional (written & spoken)
- Malayalam: Communicative
