Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end order processing across e-commerce and marketplace platforms.
- Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and customer support teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate stock records across channels.
- Handle product listings, catalog updates, pricing changes, and marketplace operations.
- Track shipments, resolve delivery issues, and coordinate with logistics partners.
- Generate and analyze operational reports to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
- Process returns, refunds, and replacements while maintaining service standards.
- Ensure operational accuracy and adherence to company processes.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in e-commerce operations, marketplace management, or supply chain operations.
- Familiarity with platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Shopify, or similar marketplaces.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and coordination abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with D2C brands or e-commerce companies.
- Knowledge of inventory management and order management systems.
