Freelance Chartered Accountant (CA) / Accountant – Tally Prime & ComplianceAbout the Role
We are looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) or experienced accountant on a freelance/retainer basis to manage the accounting, bookkeeping, and statutory compliance requirements of our Private Limited Company.
Key ResponsibilitiesAccounting & Bookkeeping
- Maintain complete books of accounts in Tally Prime.
- Record and reconcile sales, purchases, expenses, bank transactions, and journal entries.
- Perform regular bank and ledger reconciliations.
- Ensure accuracy and timely updating of financial records.
- Generate financial reports and management reports as required.
GST Compliance
- Preparation and filing of monthly/quarterly GST returns.
- GST reconciliations and compliance management.
- Handling GST-related notices and queries, if any.
TDS & TCS Compliance
- Preparation and filing of TDS/TCS returns.
- Timely deposit of TDS and TCS liabilities.
- Reconciliation of TDS/TCS records and compliance requirements.
ROC & Statutory Compliance
- Ensure compliance with applicable requirements for a Private Limited Company.
- Assist with statutory filings and documentation as required.
- Coordinate with management regarding compliance deadlines.
Financial Reporting
- Preparation of quarterly financial statements and reports.
- Support during audits and provide required documentation.
- Ensure proper maintenance of accounting records and supporting documents.
Requirements
- Qualified CA or experienced accountant with relevant expertise.
- Strong working knowledge of Tally Prime.
- Experience handling GST, TDS, TCS, and statutory compliances for Private Limited Companies.
- Good understanding of accounting principles and Indian taxation requirements.
- Ability to work independently and meet filing deadlines.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per year
