Job Description:
We are looking for a passionate and creative Pastry Chef Intern to join our team. The candidate will assist in preparation, baking, decorating, and presentation of pastries, cakes, desserts, and bakery products while learning professional kitchen operations.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparation of cakes, pastries, desserts, and baked products
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen
- Support senior chefs in daily kitchen operations
- Follow recipes and presentation standards
- Help in inventory handling and ingredient preparation
- Ensure proper food safety practices are followed
Requirements:
- HM Graduate or Diploma in Patisserie required
- Basic knowledge of baking and pastry preparation
- Passion for baking and creativity in dessert presentation
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Good communication and willingness to learn
