Key Responsibilities:
Application Ownership:

Own the complete software platform including architecture, performance, security, and scalability.

Maintain high availability of the production environment.

Diagnose and resolve application bugs and production issues.
-
Respond to user support requests and data-related queries.
-
Ensure platform stability with minimal downtime.
Software Development:
-
Design and develop new modules and features.
-
Enhance existing workflows without disrupting production.
-
Build secure and scalable REST/JSON APIs.
-
Improve application performance and maintainability.
-
Produce clean, well-documented, production-quality code.
Database Management:
-
Design and optimize PostgreSQL database structures.
-
Write efficient SQL queries without ORM dependency.
-
Maintain database integrity and performance.
-
Manage schema changes and data migrations.
-
Support backup, restore, and disaster recovery processes.
Infrastructure & DevOps:
-
Maintain Docker-based deployment environments.
-
Manage application servers and containerized services.
-
Support Cloudflare Tunnel-based secure application access.
-
Maintain staging and production environments.
-
Monitor application health, logs, and system performance.
Required Skills:
Backend Development:

Strong experience in Python development.

Experience with Flask preferred.

Django or FastAPI experience is also acceptable.
