Age: 35 years and above
Qualification: Degree in any discipline – Hotel Management preferred
Skills: Basic computer knowledge – MS Excel, inventory software, email, billing
License: Valid four wheeler driving license is mandatory
Experience: 2+ years in hotel stores, F&B stores, or purchase department preferred
Key Responsibilities:
Manage hotel store inventory: F&B items, kitchen supplies, housekeeping materials, etc.
Receive goods, check quality/quantity, and update stock records
Issue materials to kitchen, restaurant, housekeeping as per indents
Maintain minimum stock levels & coordinate with purchase/vendors
Handle store documentation, GRN, expiry tracking, and monthly stock audits
Drive for local purchases/pickups when required
