Key Responsibilities:
1. Reach out to potential customers through calls, WhatsApp, and email.
2. Generate and qualify new leads
3. Follow up on inquiries and quotations
4. Maintain sales records and customer databases
5. Communicate with customers after they place orders
6. Assist customers with product-related queries
7. Coordinate updates regarding production, dispatch, and installation
8. Handle customer feedback and ensure timely resolution of issues
9. Follow up after project completion to ensure customer satisfaction
10. Build long-term relationships with customers and channel partners
11. Maintain CRM and customer records
Other requirements
1. Excellent communication skills (spoken and written)
2. Friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude
3. Comfortable speaking on phone calls and WhatsApp with clients
4. Organized and detail-oriented
5. Ability to handle multiple conversations and follow-ups
6. Basic knowledge of Google Sheets, Excel, and email
7. Background in Music Is a Plus
Performance Incentive:
Earn attractive commissions on every successful sale, with unlimited earning potential based on performance.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
