1.Assist in sourcing potential candidates through various job portals, screening resumes against job descriptions, and scheduling interviews with hiring managers.
2.Maintain and update the internal employee database (HRIS) ensuring high accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with company policies.
3.Handle day-to-day administrative tasks, respond to basic employee queries regarding HR policies, and assist the HR team with ongoing seasonal projects.
Pay: ₹10,800.56 - ₹33,100.83 per month
