Position: Senior Executive -Human Resource

Role & Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for non-IT (Manufacturing) roles.
- Utilize specialized job boards and sourcing strategies to identify and attract niche technical talent.
- Handle technical recruitment specifically for the manufacturing industry.
- Manage high-volume hiring requirements efficiently.
- Coordinate with clients to clearly understand hiring requirements and expectations.
- Maintain regular communication with stakeholders through calls and emails, and collect ongoing feedback.
- Maintain andmanage MIS reports and employee databases.
- This role includes 80% Recruitment and 20% Operations
- Conduct candidate screening, interview coordination, salary negotiations, and follow-ups until joining.
- Prepare and release offer letters, appointment letters, and other HR-related official documents.
- Manage pre-boarding, onboarding formalities, document verification, and joining formalities.
- Plan and conduct employee induction and orientation programs to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
- Maintain regular communication with stakeholders through calls and emails, providing hiring updates and collecting feedback.
- Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships to ensure timely closure of positions.
- Maintain employee records, recruitment trackers, MIS reports, and HR databases with accuracy.
- Support HR operations by ensuring compliance with documentation and HR processes.
- Organize and coordinate employee engagement activities, celebrations, and associate delight initiatives to enhance employee morale and workplace culture.
- Assist in implementing employee retention and engagement initiatives.
- Ensure a positive candidate and employee experience throughout the recruitment and onboarding lifecycle.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Minimum 4–5 years of recruitment experience in Manufacturing, Automotive, Heavy Industries, or Consultancy.
- Proven experience in volume hiring.
- Experience in junior to mid-level hiring.
- Strong communication skills are mandatory.
- Proficiency in MS Excel.
Educations
- Any Graduate (Bachelor's degree in any discipline)
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
