- Handle customer queries via phone, chat, and email in Hindi or Telugu or Kannada, along with Tamil & English.
- Assist customers with charging station usage, payments, and app-related issues.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints efficiently.
- Maintain accurate customer interaction records.
- Provide feedback to improve customer experience and service quality.
