Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
- Recruitment Management: Manage corporate recruitment accounts on portals like Naukri and LinkedIn. Draft, preview, and post job openings (defining clear job titles, experience requirements, salary ranges, and skill sets).
- Candidate Sourcing: Actively source, screen, and headhunt potential candidates; maintain professional communication via LinkedIn and other hiring networks.
- New Joiner Onboarding: Coordinate the complete documentation process for new hires, including issuing Joining Forms, Asset Forms, Non-Disparagement Letters, and Appointment Letters.
- Digital & Physical Records: Create, organize, and maintain robust physical employee files and digital soft-copy records.
2. Payroll, Attendance & Compliance
- Payroll Input Processing: Compile and update monthly Excel payroll sheets detailing new joiners, exits, deductions, extra pay, loss of pay (LOP), and salary holds for management review and external consultancy processing.
- Attendance Tracking: Collect and verify off-roll security attendance registers. Utilize digital platforms like PagarBook to log staff details, capture biometric/image registrations, and cross-verify overtime (OT) timings and locations.
- Overtime Management: Coordinate weekly with on-site supervisors to audit physical OT slips, secure management sign-offs, and submit calculations to Accounts.
- Statutory & Reporting Support: Assist in compiling documentation for annual gratuity valuation reports and managing updates for company group insurance policies (Insumust).
3. Office Administration & Procurement
- Vendor & Supply Chain Management: Oversee regular purchasing cycles for housekeeping materials, stationery, and pantry stocks. Source quotes through office runners, process invoices via the finance team, and verify physical inventory deliveries.
- Facility & Utility Operations: Serve as the primary point of contact for corporate facility needs, including tracking IT issues (Wi-Fi, CCTV), coordinating with security contractors, scheduling AC servicing, and handling plumbing or electrical maintenance.
- Utility Payments: Access corporate service portals (e.g., Airtel Business) to download monthly invoices, retrieve authentication tokens, and coordinate prompt payments with Accounts.
4. Logistics & Employee Services
- Internal Branding Support: Coordinate with internal graphic designers to compile employee information, secure soft proofs, and arrange the printing/distribution of corporate ID cards and business cards.
- Travel Coordination: Book cost-effective business travel (flights, buses, etc.) via travel portals and manage corporate approval communication for reimbursement workflows.
Qualifications & Experience
- Experience: 1–6 years of proven experience in a combined HR Operations, Admin, or Office Management role.
- Education: MBA in HR, Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
- Technical Skills: High proficiency in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets (for payroll data compilation and tracking) .
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills for handling internal employee escalations and vendor negotiations.
- Attributes: High level of integrity for handling sensitive credentials/data, exceptional organizational skills, and a problem-solving mindset.
Preference - who wants to restart their carrier and eager to learn are more preferred.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
