- Provide immediate first-line medical care to patients in the Outpatient Department (OPD), Inpatient Department (IPD), Emergency/Casualty, and Critical Care areas.
- Assess, diagnose, and initiate treatment plans under the guidance of consultant physicians and gastroenterologists.
- Monitor patient progress and respond promptly to medical emergencies.
Clinical Documentation
- Maintain accurate and complete patient records, case sheets, prescriptions, clinical notes, admission records, and discharge summaries.
- Ensure compliance with hospital documentation standards and medical regulations.
Clinical Support
- Assist consultants during ward rounds, procedures, endoscopies, and emergency interventions.
- Coordinate investigations, laboratory reports, imaging studies, and referrals.
Operational Coordination
- Collaborate effectively with nursing staff, technicians, and administrative departments to ensure smooth patient care and workflow.
- Adhere to hospital protocols, infection control practices, and patient safety guidelines.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
