About the Company
We are a growing overseas education company specializing in the B2B segment, partnering with educational consultants, institutions, and recruitment partners to facilitate international education opportunities for students. We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Destination Head – Europe to lead and drive our Europe-focused recruitment operations.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and oversee the end-to-end student recruitment process for European destinations.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with B2B partners, education consultants, and institutional stakeholders.
Provide expert guidance on admissions, application procedures, visa processes, and student documentation requirements for European countries.
Support recruitment initiatives, business development activities, and partner engagement programs.
Conduct training sessions and destination workshops for internal teams and partner networks.
Stay updated on university offerings, admission requirements, visa regulations, and market trends across Europe.
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to create destination-specific campaigns and promotional activities.
Monitor application pipelines, conversion rates, and recruitment targets.
Assist in resolving partner and student queries efficiently and professionally.
Contribute to business growth by identifying new opportunities within the Europe education market.
Preferred Destinations
Strong expertise in European destinations (mandatory).
Knowledge and experience in UAE admissions and recruitment processes will be an added advantage.
Candidate Profile
3–5 years of experience in the overseas education industry, specifically handling Europe admissions and recruitment.
Proven experience in managing the complete recruitment cycle, from counselling support and application processing to visa guidance and enrollment.
Strong understanding of European university systems, admission requirements, and visa processes.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong presentation, training, and stakeholder management abilities.
Good product knowledge of universities, programs, and education pathways across Europe.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
Target-oriented, organized, and detail-focused.
